FireHawk alarms selected again for new UK Fire & Rescue Services framework

FireHawk Alarms, the fire safety alarm brand of FireBlitz have been awarded on to the new Smoke alarms and Associated Products framework run by the West Midlands Fire & Rescue Authority (WMFRA) (subject to contract).

FireHawk Alarms have a long and successful history of supplying multiple UK FRSs via the current framework with high-quality, reliable alarms at affordable prices.

Following the comprehensive tender process conducted by WMFRA, FireHawk Alarms again received significantly higher % scores than other bidders in Quality and Price for both Lot 1, Stand-alone Smoke, Heat and CO alarms, and Lot 2, Hearing Impaired (wireless) smoke alarms and associated products. This was achieved by submitting a tender that not only met but exceeded the quality requirements and, additionally, understood the FRSs need for open and transparent information backed by good customer and technical backup.

This award, along with the recent award to be sole supplier to the Scottish FRS for wireless alarms to meet the Scottish regulations, further demonstrates FireHawk’s core principals of supplying quality products and excellent backup to our FRS partners, so they are able to protect those at risk.
