As a division of E. H. Glover Inc., HTL specializes in protecting firefighter training structures. Founded in Europe in the late 1980’s; HTL joined forces in 1993 with E.H. Glover Inc. of Fairfax, Virginia, a commercial general contractor established in 1949. Our projects extend throughout the USA, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.
We manufacture and install System 203, one of the best structural protective lining system on the market, and are licensed general contractors in numerous states.
System 203 is an advanced high temperature thermal lining system able to withstand extreme temperatures and thermal shock associated with effective fire training conducted in accordance with NFPA 1403. System 203 protects structural components of live fire training structures from temperatures up to 1800° F, while not allowing temperatures exceeding 300° to 350° F to be transmitted to the structure. This system withstands repeated high temperatures and extreme thermal shocks developed with live fire training evolutions. System 203 resists degradation such as spalling, cracking or splintering while allowing for expansion and contraction of materials responding to rapidly fluctuating temperatures. Designed to deliver twenty years of service with little maintenance.
