Effective 1 July 2021, Thomas Hilse is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Magirus, the global firefighting equipment business of CNH Industrial (NYSE: CNHI / MI: CNHI). Hilse succeeds Marc Diening, who after the successful turnaround and sustainable repositioning of the company elected to leave the company at this own request to pursue new challenges.

Hilse brings with him a strong track record with 24 years of experience in the Truck, Bus & Commercial Vehicles Industry through various international management positions for different brands in Europe, NAFTA, Latin America and South-East Asia. Before joining Magirus, Thomas served as the Brand President of IVECO (CNH Industrial). He studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration and holds an MBA in International Relations.
